Spread Your Wings…

and fly as high as you dream of.

Being a young adult is a challenging, exciting time in your life. You may be living away from home for the first time or getting ready to make that move, getting involved in a serious love relationship, or taking over your own finances.

For lots of young adults, this transition is as difficult as it is exciting. No matter how smart you are, you may not have learned how to live the kind of life that you dream of living. It can be frustrating not to know how to successfully navigate relationships, jobs, money, or taking care of your own household, and on top of that old relationships may be changing into something new and you might not be entirely sure of what your place is in the adult world.

This is challenging for everyone, no matter who they are. And if you’re exploring your gender identity or sexual orientation, are navigating the world with a brain that works differently than most people’s, or are facing other societal obstacles to becoming a full-fledged adult, it can be even harder.

That’s where coaching comes in.  I help you gain the self-esteem, self-confidence, and skills you need to live life on your own terms.  Our work together focuses on both the big picture (getting you where you want to go in the future) and your immediate goals so that you can start living the life you’ve always wanted right away.

Navigate changing relationships with ease.
Gain financial independence.
Figure out career or school stuff.

One-on-One Coaching

Explore who you are, embrace who you are, express who you are…

Figuring out how to make all the pieces of your life work the way you want to is like putting together a 10,000 piece jigsaw puzzle.

As your life coach, my job is to help you identify what’s working in your life and how to build on those successes to make everything else come together the way you dreamed of.

We talk for 30-60 minutes at a time about what’s going on in your life and what you can do to close the gap between who you are and who you most want to be. I ask questions and suggest things to do to help you understand more about who you are and how to show up differently in your life so that you feel more authentic and fulfilled.

Whether you need to build a specific skill set in order to gain independence, grow in self-esteem, or resolve relationship problems, you already have the tools to do it — and I can help you use them.

Group Coaching

From time to time I offer group coaching sessions on topics like how to organize your financial life, navigating relationships (especially for people on the autistic spectrum), or how to communicate with your parents about tough issues.

Group coaching is great for building specific skill sets. It’s like taking a class with a bunch of other people who have the same goals and challenges as you, which can help you feel less alone and show you that you’re not weird for having the questions you have.
