I’M JACK ORI, AN ADVOCACY COACH AND FORMER KING OF INVISIBILITY.
I began my gender transition at the age of 33 after wasting most of my young adulthood battling depression and anxiety while trying to be someone I wasn’t.
That’s why I created the Full Family Transition program. I want other transgender people and their families to have an easier time and avoid the painful, self-destructive decisions that I made because I didn’t know how to explain who I was.
I believe gender transition is a family affair. Your entire family must adapt to being the family of a transgender person, which often means working through grief or fear, learning new habits, and relating differently to your children.
Check out the programs below and let me know how I can best help your family transition together.
You will soon be able to purchase the complete Full Family Transition Program, which will include masterclasses, workshops, group coaching, and 1-on-1 OR family coaching to help smooth out all the wrinkles in your family’s transition.
If that sounds a little bit too intense for you, that’s okay! Check out the a la carte coaching options below and see what works best for you.
This is a coaching system I’ve created to help parents of transgender children to give their kids the support they need, advocate for them as necessary, and build a nurturing and authentic relationship.
No. While we may sometimes touch upon deep emotions and are working toward change, coaching is NOT therapy. If you have a specific mental health issue (e.g. bipolar disorder, major depression, etc), please see a licensed therapist for help with those issues.
In addition, please do NOT use the info on this site as a substitute for therapy. The info provided here is for education ONLY.
My hope for all my clients is that they will be empowered to support their children’s authentic identities, be confident in their parenting decisions, and build loving relationships with their kids that can last a lifetime!
As with most things, though, it comes down to what YOU put into it. I will always put at least 100% into any work I do with you, but the more you put in as well, the more you will get out of it.
I totally understand! I’m shy too. (That’s why my other coaching program helps shy people become quiet warriors. Check it out if that sounds like you!)
It’s also why I offer several options. I encourage you to push a little past your comfort zone, but if that’s not for you, there’s also a free Facebook group and soon there will be an online paid community for parents like you.
For 1 -1 and group calls, if you feel more comfortable leaving your video off, that’s fine.
Yes. No matter what program you’re signed up for, all interactions are confidential (that includes in the free Facebook group — posts are not to be shared outside the group!)
From time to time, I might ask for testimonials from satisfied program recipients. But I will ALWAYS get your permission in writing before putting your testimonial anywhere public.
It varies by program. The complete Full Family Transition will cost $4299 and you get a LOT of stuff with that — everything from 1-on-1 intensives to an entire series of masterclasses. But there are also many lower-cost options available (including one-off power hours, which are in the $50-$100 range), and if you need help affording your best-fit program, there are payment plans available at no extra cost. You can also join my Facebook group for free.
If you’re new to my world, come hang out in my free Facebook group! Ask questions there to begin to get to know me and the type of work I do with people like you.
If you’re considering a paid program but are on the fence, I’m always happy to hop on a quick 15-minute call to discuss your needs and what program will work best for you.
Again, it depends on what program you purchase.
I’m based in New York, but you can join from anywhere in the world because this program is 100% online! All you need is an Internet connection, headphones, a quiet place to talk, and the Zoom app.
Just click the button under the program or service that interests you to get started!
Join the waitlist if the program you’re interested in isn’t open right now. You’ll be the first to know when it opens up and will be eligible for special prices and discounts.
You’ll also be subscribed to my email list and will receive updates on other programs and services of interest as well as tips and tricks to help you find your voice and make your impact! (I hate spam as much as you do and will NEVER share or sell your personal info with anyone!)
